I installed a 40 gal HW heater and carried in the Pip, with lots of room to spare. I also carried a 4 ft x 8 ft .........
Foam board. it fit because it's flexible. A 4x8 plywood will NOT.

A cubic yard of mulch. Loving the 21.6 cu.ft. of cargo space! All done in EV.

I fit a queen size bed frame (including headboard and footboard), two large dressers, a full size extendable dining room table, and eight chairs.

Good job. You have a pickup truck size load in your Prius. I would have never dreamed it could hold all of that.

A cubic yard, if my math is correct, is 27 cu ft.
Getting 27 cubic ft of mulch into 21.6 cu ft is amazing!
    :)

    A cubic yard is 3ft * 3ft * 3ft = 27 cubic ft.

If I fold down the rear seats, I will easily fit a cubic yard, maybe even two.

I put 4 chevy duramax wheels/tires in that I bought off craigslist. When the guy drove up in his big 4wd he sais "your gonna put all of them in a prius???!?!" I said yep. They fit with room to spare.
