Regenerative Brakes not working after resetting code for CEL

    Hey guys,

    New to the forum and could really use some advice. I have a 2013 prius c with 38,000. Yesterday my CEL came on, so on the way home I ran it by O'Reilys to check the code. The guy at the store said it was gas cap and reset the CEL. Well, as soon as I got back in the car and turn it on the brake light, and traction control light, brake system light, and ABS light came on, and the regenerative braking system is currently not working. The guy at OReillys said there may be a "reset" period after the codes are cleared, but I'm leery, particularly because my brakes are not working like they should. I'm going to take it to the dealership this afternoon, but wanted to get some advice from y'all first to see if this is a common issue. Trying not to spend an arm and a leg at the dealership today...

    Did you get to the bottom of this? I used trechatream to do an abs reset because after a (front lifted tow) my traction control light stayed on. Now I have multiple abs/brake indicators glowing and the regenerative brakes don't work, just the mechanical deeper into a brake. Anything I should be doing with trechstream? Thanks!

    I'm having precisely the same issue! Any resolution? I haven't gone for the ODB code check yet; trying to figure out how to get my C (2014, no nav) into diagnostic mode, if there is one on this particular model... or just open up the 12v and check it, seems to be the first step.
