Can anyone tell me the part number for the rear wiper blade refil for a 2012 Prius v (lowercase v for the Prius v wagon) If you know of a good online source for this part, that would be great, too!

Pretty sure its a standard 11" blade. Its covered in the manual.
Amazon shows these as a replacement.

Or you can buy the OEM rubber insert alone, which I did for my 12 v

    Rear Wiper Insert
    TOYOTA OEM 8521412310

Toyota 03 08 Matrix Wiper Washer Lift Gate Blade Assembly Insert 8521412310 | eBay

You will note this link shows it compatible for a Prius v while some other listings say it is not. However it is the correct part number for the hatch back wiper.

The front Left and Right Wiper Inserts
    TOYOTA OEM 8521447061 and 8521447051

Have to flip up the shroud over the fastening nut, then flip up and detach the blade frame.
