If you have removed the front seat cover...i have a question.

So this is the back of the driver's seat.

We did not do this - we bought the car like this, but it needs fixed.

So, someone that has pulled the seat covers off, is there an easy way to do this? I read that taking the covers off is one of the hardest things to do. I've pulled covers off other car seats before, but not a prius. I know there are three rings at the bottom, but I read there's a plastic part that you practically have to break, etc, to get them off. Is there a way I can "roll" the seat cover up, inside out, sew, and then roll back down, or am I dreaming? Is there enough room to get my hands up there by just removing the lower rings? (No idea how i'd turn a needle...but whatever. How would you go about fixing this?

 

Yikes...so I'd be the first? I guess not too many of tried this...anybody?
