I don't see any good reason to buy 4 15" wheels and 4 new 15" tires. 16" is better and you might only need 2 tires if your rear tires are in good shape. I wouldn't buy kumhos or any Asian made tires for that matter. you want quality LLR tires-- mich, conti, bridgestone.

getting an alignment at an independent shop instead of the dealer is a crapshoot. if the tech isn't lazy, he will do a complete alignment which may require a camber bolt kit and rear shims. (more $$) if he is lazy he'll just "set the toe and let it go" and you won't get a decent alignment. ask for a printout showing Toyota specs, and before and after specs for your car. if they won't give a printout, go somewhere else.

Just found out that the Kumho Solus KH16 tires are being phased out so will post tomorrow which tires were installed.

If it were me, I would put 4 new Michelins on it.

Kauffman installed two (new)Kumho Solus KH16 tires in the back and moved the existing back tires to the front.

Unfortunately, they provided tires that were two years old( DOT code showed manufactured date in 2013) - so please always ask or check the DOT code when getting new tires.

Went back the next day and spoke to the branch manager and got two new BFGoodrich Advantage tires instead. Not sure why they couldn't just do the right thing in the first place..

Lesson learned - check DOT codes when getting tires!!!
