My car is pulling to one right slightly so I did the alignment. But it didnt eliminate the problem. I jacked up my car and try to rotate the front wheel. I can hear slight noise of the caliper rubbing the disk and the wheel does not spin freely if I stopped rotating it. However, the noise is subtle so I dont know if it is by design or I have a brake drag.

try the wheel on the other side. i don't think the pads should be touching the disc. could it be the wheel bearing?

One thing you can do: after an extended drive, go around to all four corners, feel the hubs. Any or all might be a bit warm. But if one's markedly warmer/hot, especially compared to its counterpart, that one's likely dragging.

Brake drag aside, could be tire wear, Google conicity.

They can swap the front tires, as long as they're not directional, test drive with you, before and after. Might uncover something.

If you jack the front wheels up to feel if brakes are dragging you will need to put the car into neutral. Other vise spinning one tire will cause other to spin also. Leaving Prius into neutral will cause the battery to run low so don’t leave it for too long!

valde3, thanks for the tip. I didn't leave it on neutral so maybe that's why both side feels the same because them are all rotating at the same time...
