I bet. I'm only a bit lower than stock with the Tanabe springs. The exhaust hangs lower with the newer hangers that I am using, but I thankfully haven't scraped it yet.

Thinking of doing this. I ordered carbon fiber vinyl & it should be here in a few days.

I was able to do this to my front emblem fairly effortlessly, I loved the result. The back emblem however seems to be stuck on with something else besides clips. I'd like to be able to change the background to carbon fiber as well, but it seems stuck on there pretty good.

Pretty easy to do, with a tutorial. The blue background pops right off.

Just a quick note the blue background is on there to let emergency responders know the car is a hybrid. If you remove all the badges and do the carbon fiber on the badge, there will be no external ques for the responders

No external ques, huh? Hmmm. I think being a prius is one big external que! LOL! (Aside from all the decals on the sides & in the back.)

Read the whole post and a C is not as recognizable as a normal Prius.

Good, mine has nothing identifying it. If first responders don't take the time to learn what needs to be learned that's their bad.

Where did you get that info from? The original prius did not have a different color badge, just hybrid badge. I believe that the Lexus hybrid models do not have any special badge other than the hybrid badge.

I was under the impression that the emergency responders take yearly update classes to know what cars are electric/hybrids. Aside from that, the giant orange lines, under the car for the C, represent the live power from the battery to the engine. From a safety standpoint, not running high amperage lines though the roof/pillars makes sense if that's where the majority of retrieval cuts (opinion) are going to be.
With those ideas in mind, I don't see a big deal regarding modifying badges. Personally I'll leave the side hybrid badges and the "Hybrid Synergy Drive" badge on the back on because I like them there. I suppose free insurance too in case I get the boot emergency responder. For myself, I only wanted to modify the background of the front and rear Toyota emblems. I'm still having issues with he back. It has a gooey texture when I push into it with a credit card, so I'm thinking it's held on by double sided auto tape.

I got my info from an active Fireman that works at the garage I take my car to for inspections.
