Good info and docs available on this site. Inverter failure recall quite interesting. Seems it started with circuit board failures and somehow will be fixed via software reprogramming?? o_O
Toyota must not read any of the complaints here either because some 'C' owners are/were experiencing vehicle shutoff contrary to Toyota's statement that they had not issues using same equiptment. Which is why Toyota figured it had to be a software issue and not the actual units. .

yes, it has stirred up quite a controversy here, some saying the update has cost them unto 8 mpg. and you're correct, toyota does not read the comments here.;)

If you're on a Windows system, using something like internet explorer browser:

    1. Single (left) click in the web site address field, at top of page. The full text should now have a dark blue background, indicating it's selected.

    2. Hold the <ctrl> key and then the "C" key, to copy the selection (to Windows clipboard).

    3. Edit your Priuschat posting, or in a fresh post: position the cursor where you want, hold the <ctrl> key and then the "V" key, to "paste" in the selection.

Try on different browser, say Internet Explorer, see if any difference. Just for giggles try pasting into text file too, see how it looks?
