Brand new car, power window buttons don't work

^It is at least in the European version under Power Windows subsection: When power window does not open/close normally. Don't know about the American version.

 

If you want a donut at Holman Toyota you got to get there pretty early in the morning. I don't know how many they buy but they don't restock.

I understand the displeasure over the situation and there are three outcomes: Get mad, get even, and get ahead. Concentrating on bad vibes is not healthy and I put half of this on you as you should have checked the windows before signing the papers or rolling off the lot.

It seems as you have already gotten even as your problem was solved quickly & easily here. You could have spent half a day at the dealer. Now, why be satisfied with even when you may be able to get ahead? I'm sure you're savvy enough to be holding onto that customer satisfaction survey and intend to submit it when you are satisfied.

You may want to call the dealer & talk to at least the Sales Manager. Tell your tale of woe, pointing out that you aren't satisfied. What might be able to turn this around and make you a happy camper? It better be more than a stale donut.

 

i got $150. gift card out of bernardi toyota. still gave them the whammy on the survey and will never return. after all, it's for past dissatisfaction, not future earnings.

 

correct in the first part, but no amount would have made me go through that agony again.

 

next time you drive deep into O.C. i'll get you a donut. What'll it be - sprinkles or chocolate ....
