Reading GPX files

    I'm not sure what I'm asking, but can the nav system in a 2015 v with the tech package read a GPX file? I am riding a bike in a fundraising event this August and would like to drive the 75 or 100-mile course ahead of time and can download the route file in GPX format. I don't have a smartphone or Garmin or any other device.
