Gen 2 (2009 Prius) - Noise Question

    Don't miss your opertunity. Well sort of, free water pump, if ya wanna call that "free" but you should make it so.. Obviously there was nothing wrong with your water pump and your belt was prob good too.. They miss-diagnosed your problem, fixed stuff that wasn't broken.. you don't pay for those things they do. wasted your time and money, gouging you for repairs you did not need. more typical in repair shops whereas dealers are not suppose too but they did. accuse em of it, use every weapon in the bag, they used theirs, now it's open warfare! get your money back , taking advantage of a lady, they know most men will fight em for that.

    Don't even let them con you into thinking you should pay for that water pump, nor the belt! I would be suspecting your brakes were just fine too.

    this is why its always good to have them save your old parts. then you can see if they were really bad.
