So I have had my Prius C for 3 days now. I just could not handle the stock stereo. Soooo, I did this. Got the Kenwood DNX691HD. Got most of it installed last night, but I had to order the trim, antenna adapter, and XM radio adapter, which ill install tomorrow. Now this is just a start of course. While the new head makes a world of difference, the stock speakers still suck. So I am going to change the 4 door speakers next. On a side note, the harness is 100% needed!

I think a 90's boom box in the car would have been an improvement.

Boot time is not bad, maybe 30 seconds at most. I will consider a camera at some point.

I also have a 2015 Prius C, but have been having a hard time finding a corresponding dash kit.

I don't see one in your pics, what were you planning? Do you have one lined up?

That looks quite clean, great job on the install.

Do you know if it was the Scosche (TA2114B), the Metra 95-8239B, or something else? Crutchfield doesn't yet allow '15 Prius C in their database.

Edit: Just realized you have a '14 C. Still curious which one it ended up with, but they are slightly different in appearance it seems :(.
