Brake Pads Wear According to the Dealer

Wow, I used the word "neglect" once and suddenly I have a reputation for automotive abuse The point I was trying to make is that the problems I've had with cars generally haven't been due to lack of maintenance. Road salt? Yes. Pot holes? Yes. Cheap gasket that leaks antifreeze directly into the engine oil and sludges up the whole motor? Definitely. Actually, I'll take part blame for that last one as I knew it was using antifreeze, and was waiting for the leak to get bad enough to show a mechanic (oops!) Live and learn.
