So i lately have been experiencing this issue. When i drive the car feels heavy engine runs heavy and feels less power while pressing accelerator. Car feels like it is working harder to move. Other main issue is stuttering and this feels like as drive shaft is worn and loose, but i know there is no drive shaft in this car.
    Car has 142k miles.
The car started this initially when there were 5 adults in the car. it did everytime when 5 or 4 adults in the car. but lately it has started doing it even when i am driving it by myself usually at acceleration of mid green bar in the right section.
I have done this so far to the car.
Changed spark plugs to genuine toyota
changed PCV valve with genuine replacement
    Cleaned manifold of carbon
    change transmission fluid every 30k
change engine oil mobil 1 0w20 every 10k

    issue is still there.

yes it is about 100F down here everyday, one day when it cooled down it was still doing same thing so i doubt it is temperature related. For fuel injectors, i did put the best chevron fuel injector cleaner in a tank before with no positive results.
Motor mounts look ok, how many motor mounts are there which i need to make sure are ok/?

i wonder if you're gonna have to pull the head and scrape the piston tops.

    is the battery behaving properly?

you ruled out the tranny in your first post, and i don't suppose it would be an issue unless you were getting a trouble code.

    are the wheels spinning freely?

Battery seems to be working fine, i have checked the running voltages and drain from app and it looks normal across all the cells.
Tires roll freely since i just replaced tires on the back with anew set and while car was on lift all four were moving freely.

Did this happen after you did work to the car? If so, recheck all the work you did to the car.

Did you remove the intake manifold? If so, check it for vacuum leaks. Also check the PCV valve for leakage around the threads and hose connection.
