SprchrgMR2- EDO Performance in SoCal... Ask for Yohann 714 602 5741 ext: 7017... If you order it's a 2/4 week wait since he has to special order from Japan..

Tell Yohann I (Brian M from The Bay Area) sent you & you will get an additional 5% or more discount... And if you want anything else from Japan he could order it for you as well...

You might get lucky, like me and he might have another set on hand or at his other shops.. As he had one for me. I ordered 9/30 & got mine yesterday 10/4...

IMHO, by far best stiffeners for the Prius III............

Prius need lots of help.not design for handling plus using soft thin metals. Any bracing is a plus. When I got my prius was like driving a boat!

First thread I found of the 6 bolt Cusco Power brace! I want to install this on my CT and now I am even more tempted to get the rear 4 bolt piece!
I can't seem to find the first cusco brace that you have installed under the aero bits but I'll keep looking. I mainly wanted the 6 bolt Cusco piece. A lot of people go with the megan racing one which I believe is bolt on and doesn't require anything to be removed, but it looks like it hangs low and could scrape on something especially if the car is lowered...

These forums are getting ridic in terms of me spending money...rofl.

Ordered both the front and the middle braces. I found the very front brace that goes under the aero bits on Ebay but I'm not 100% certain it will fit a CT... The other two I know fit from everything I've read so far.

Apparently from hybridpit the cusco mid brace that works on the 3rd gen prius does not work on the CT200h. That stinks. The looked identical in terms of mounting but apparently they aren't compatible with cross platforms. Shame, I really wanted the mid brace! I did get the front so I'm happy with that. Seems like cusco disconntinued a lot of braces for the ct platform. I was really hoping that since the 3rd gen prius and ct share so much it would work.

I would be interested in the brace if it didn’t fit your car.

They didn't even ship the rear one when I made notes in the comments about the vehicle.
They emailed me and told me also on FB that since they do work on both platforms, and they do keep the braces in stock they have already tried installing it on a CT. Doesn't fit. So they didn't even ship it which saved me a headache and money..lol. I was figuring it would just bolt up honestly, but it makes sence, if it did. Why wouldn't they list it on their site as such to be able to sell more.

Apparently, there are completely different model numbers for cusco which have since been discontinued for the CT platform. The Prius though, has a ton of aftermarket support and mods in comparison!

    Good Lorde, Nigel.
Do you think there's a chance in HayL that you can feel the difference with and without this stuff bolted to the bottom of your car?
You could do a blind test. Have the shop install it, or not, take it out, test it. State if it's installed or not.

You could spend that money on something you can actually see and touch, like a nice new suit!
    Treat yourself!
    Not your car...

    lol

I have nice suits... many actually. I enjoy modding our cars. It's fun to me. All my other cars are already where I want them to be.
So figured why not spend money on unique stuff. The cusco stuff is nice. Will I feel a difference, I have no clue.. It looks trick though! :)

One very functional mod I'm doing is a rx350 bi-xenon projector retrofit. So that will be quite nice and very usable/practical. Also changing out the foglights from the stock halogen to the diode dynamics elite series (yellow).

Plus what's not to love about how this looks:

Yes, that is some pretty bedazzled Blue Anodized stuff right there.
    Kind of matches your suit!
But come on, who is going to take a knee, in their powder blue suit, and put their head to the ground to gaze upon its loveliness?
    To each his own.
What about saving those Mons for a winter vaca to Hawaii, instead? That you can see and enjoy standing up!

It's ok, no one is going to notice anything until it's up on the lift or I am working on the car :)

We do travel quite a bit. Went to Hawaii last year for my B-day, it was so nice there in terms of views:

Life's too short not to have fun. I don't work hard to just pay bills. So spending money on stupid crap sometimes is fun as well...hahhaa

The center brace has been on of my best mods. I had a custom aluminum box beam before and that worked good but the cusco center brace is even better. Much stiffer ride and the corners handle better too. I am lowered on coilovers with -2.5 rear camber in my 2010. The car below isn’t my car but I will have most of the cusco braces on my prius soon. I was convinced the prius flexed with high cross winds and the center brace really stiffens up the car. However it does stiffen up the car enough that the ride is a bit more rough, but I wouldn’t see it being uncomfortable with stock suspension.
