Ok right now in the first discharge-charge cycle and well as of yet I have not has a successful termination, then again I doubt the cells are full as is.
at 3.8 to 4A running them down to 5.4V @ 1.4A then running em down in successive rates of 0.8A, 0.4A, 0.2A and 0.1A. so there really discharged to 0.9V per cell. pumping about 7800 mAh and well the battery theoretically should have 5148 mAh of capacity a discharge test revealed more like 4900-5000 mAh but then again you gotta account for lead losses etc.
my chargers are looking for deltaV so I gotta pump more then 1/2C in them, I am trying to figure out how much I gotta pump into them how I have to adjust the safety limits to get them actually full
I do not know how accurate the current is measured during discharge since the voltage read is off by 0.16V-0.18V lower then my multimeter measurements charging voltage is dead on though.
Trying to figure out if there even being fully charged .
    any hints would help.

I am at one point right now, I realized even with an infrared thermometer I cannot gauge the temperature of the cells, I would need a really tiny thermistor to slide in between the modules to get a true gauge of how warm the batteries are getting during charge, Hope I did not cook module 1 in the process, temp seemed alright on top :S go figure.
I will be trying to figure out where I can find a temp sensor that is slim enough to make this happen that will work with my chargers.
anyways Have to be more careful with the rest of the cells., I'd still like to know if anyone knows just how much juice these cells take to charge, DeltaV is not doing it's job I think. Not sure since I have not been able to trigger it yet.
but the plastic next to cell one was defintly warmer than the top which was like 100F when I noticed how much warmer the plastic facing the hook-up part of the battery was.

This sounds more like an experiment than battery pack rebuilding......settings for doing the rebuilding are well posted everywhere in this site and don't involve using temp sensors.
