2010 Prius V owner as of last week. All has been going well and got into the car this morning and all of the above noted lights are on at start-up and stay on as I drive. Have made appointment with the dealer but they cannot get me in until late next week. I did make a short drive this morning and all seemed fine with handling and braking. Searched a few threads here and answers are very varied and none that I saw had all of above lights on. I don't think that it is the Hill Start Assist. Any thoughts? Safe to drive until we can get into the dealership?

Our 2010 Canadian Touring model, sim to US V, is exhibiting similar symptoms. I'm AT dealership right now, will post in this thread:

with anything they come up with.

How about braking effort: did brakes feel a bit off, when the lights came on?

This is what showed last time. The triangle and "check hybrid.." are new, not showing previous times:

No noticeable change in braking yet. Looking forward to hearing what they have to say about yours.

check your tyre pressures, has the car been in any accidents? could be a wheel bearing, speed sensor, etc.

I've updated my thread. Their best suggestion (Bisco's favourite): if it keeps up change the 12 volt first.

It's too late, I'm already a total convert now. This afternoon around 2 pm I turned on the radio, and it was like my local public radio station was off the air. I opened the back, yelled at my 12 volt battery, and boom! radio station was back.

    I'm sorry I ever doubted.....

UPDATE - went to AutoZone to have then test the battery. Battery tested fine. While I was there, turned off the car, turned it back on and lights did not light up. Three days later and all seems fine. Oh well . . .
    Thanks everyone for your ideas/help!

In this video a guy goes through four methods of battery testing: digital voltmeter, hydrometer, load tester, and a new fangled device that compares current cold cranking amp's to rated. The latter can find weakness the other's miss. This item (and similar) go for around $80. Interesting:
