    Patiently waiting still (personalized plate).

    EDIT: Finally came in two days ago! But I didn't get the message until after AAA closed, so I went to their local office first thing in the morning yesterday only to find out their systems were down so I had to wait an extra day. No problem. I come in today, only to find out the DMV actually sent the plates to a different AAA branch....... But I finally got them!

    These are kinda rad. I just signed my lease yesterday. The dealer is filing DMV paperwork for me. Should I mention this to them if I want it, or simply send in to DMV myself?

    Also, anyone who bought a Prius this month (certain models) in the San Francisco or Los Angeles region, you are still eligible for the Gas Card Rebate!!! Paperwork due by the 31st of August. They said it was only good til the 3rd but I have confirmation from corporate it is good through the 31st.

    I pre-ordered them before you could directly order them, so I sent in my application back in November and got them recently. I think if you apply now it would take 8-12 weeks.

    So far I'm the only car on the road that I've seen with the legacy plates. I've definitely been asked about them however and I get a lot of compliments on it.
