I apologize in advance, as I'm sure this has been addressed, but I couldn't find anything in a search.

My AC/heater blower in my 2010 has stopped working (I don't have the sunroof with a blower). It worked intermittently for a few days and then stopped all together. The LCD readout shows the fan working at different speeds depending on where I set the controls, but nothing is happening.

What's the typical issue with these? Or is there one particular thing that can be singled out? I hope it's just a bad blower because I can easily replace that myself. Any ideas?

Thank you! Looks easy enough. So, do you know if it continued to work or did it ultimately have to be replaced? Is this your video?

No, just passing on a video found when looking to replace mine for low flow. Recommend you check yours as shown before buying new as most electrical parts are non returnable.

Bad news that black wire is hot and white is ground, asking for trouble.

Oddly this color scheme is not consistent as I found out with some of the parking lamps. The white wire was hot and the colored wire was ground.

Sounds like Toyota doesn't have enough control with sub contractors: typically ground wire would be black, or at least a dark or earth tone color.

In the real world its about wire numbers and pin numbers.
