Hi does anyone have a reference of the prius options and packages for the 2008 version in Finland or Europe?

Im gonna buy a prius 2008 2G and i would like to know what was available at that time. I already found it for USA/UK/Canada, etc in this forum but not for Finland/Europe/Portugal.

If there is here anyone from Finland, what does it mean Executive2 Business ?

Do you ever have a Finnish name... :) (We had an exchange student from Spain called João)

I only found the 'Business' on the site usually use for car comparisons.

Probably of no help, but it's all I can do. Here's the google translate version. Under the tab "Laitteet" you will probably find the mos usefull extra's that were on the Dutch Business model. I wish I had that version... The heated seats are priceless in our Volvo and missing in the Prius...

thanks for the link. The options in Finland seem like they were made in packages. So it's hard to see what they have compared to US.

Joao is portuguese name not spanish.

In Europe every country has different packagings. For example in Finland the Engine Heater is almost compulsory. The best approximation is try to look at offering on Finnish used car sites to see which optionals go with each grade.

If you’re still looking for it this is brochure from 2008: https://www.toyota.fi/download/cms/fifi/Toyota_Prius_autoesite_062008_tcm-3018-276212.pdf page 17 has the info.

Most of Priuses do have rubber floor mats from optional extras. And some do have rear parking sensors from optional extras. Other optional extras I can’t even remember seeing.

Engine block heater and rear bumper top protector (protects from scratches caused by stuff put into the trunk) are not optional extras they normally are just installed by dealer or some other place.

Yeah, good to have. Two hours plug in time is good.

We use ours year 'round, before first start up of the day.

Part is $50~90, installed is $200~300, due to some difficulty.

My apologies. You are (of course) correct. He is Portuguese. It was >25 years ago and I spoke Spanish with him until his Dutch became better than my Spanish (which didn't take long...)

Just be aware of our the cost of compulsory car insurance in Finland! And you need to change to winter tyres soon and store the summer tyres somewhere..
Plus annual car-tax and parking permit in Helsinki (these are based on CO2 and you get a 50% rebate on the parking if your car is under 100g CO2/km)

Too bad the prius isn't under 100 :D

Yeah car insurance is around 400euros per year. Winter tires are included and the service is around 30euros per year to change and store them in a "tire hotel".

I got the car today :)

    Hi!

Yes there is some daylight in the morning till 3..4pm :)

    I got the prius executive 2 .
It the almost the highest package, there is one better that only adds leather seats.

It has cruise control, ev button, satnav, audio aux, backup camera, autopark, seat heaters, BT, VSC. Similar to package 3 in USA.

    No JLB and rain detector.
