I've used Peel&Seal, $16.75 per roll at Home Depot and you need ~1.5 roll to do 4 doors. Btw that and cutting out adapters for fronts took whole weekend fronts on Saturday, rears on Sunday morning. Could have been done in one day but didn't wanna make it punishment.

P&S is very similar to Fatmat, might be the same product different branding.

It is about .6 ft^3. I measured it wuth foam peanuts, but it's the right size for the sub.

In August I'll build a new box. Just waiting to get new wheels & run flat tires. Then I'll get rid of the spare tire and make a 3.5" deep box that spans the width of the hatch area. It can fire down into the spare tire well and be completely stealth.

Only concern I have for the Peel and Seal is the hot days in SoCal and the possible smell/fumes that might result from the hot weather and breaking down of the P&S. Would something like this happen since this is more of a home improvement product?

I've always used Second Skin because I know it doesn't smell. I know I could save a few bucks using something else, but I'm not willing to take the risk. They usually have B stock stuff for a pretty huge discount.

It's a sealed box. Ported & fiberglass is a bit more challenging to make.

Soon I'll have a ported box that covers the entire floor of the hatch, but it will cost me my spare tire.
