Driver side outside Window weather strip 2007

    Hi everyone,

    My 2007 driver side exterior window weather strip is coming off (hanging on by about 10%). Any chance someone here has replaced theirs and have really details instructions or better yet even a video on how to replace it? I have searched YouTube and came up empty.

    I've done a few of these. Once you get the new part from Toyota it will be pretty easy to see how they go in. They just snap in. Sometimes they require a little bit of prying to remove the old one or a little gentle pounding with a rubber mallet to put them in. Do it with the window down.

    How do ypu take the broken ones out? If you just pull them out will it damage what ever hook its on? Also, is there no need to take out the window or the door panels? Thanks you. If anyone knows the part number for a 2006 prius for all four doors that would be great!

    Just pull them out. It won't damage anything.
