Error code C2311

    Recently, when I ever press the brake while the head light or three AC is on, an error message appear for a few seconds :park malfunction. Any help is appreciated.

    C2311 is an indicator of a low voltage issue. Have your auxiliary 12v battery checked.

    Have you checked your 12v battery reading:)?

    Yes i checked the 12V battery its okay, and i checked the P CON Main fuse it okay also, and checked the voltage while the car running its around 14V, and when the AC and Headlights ON it goes down to 13.4, but when pressing the brake pedal Voltage drops under 13 here the caution sign appears on the screen, and a code C2311 appears.

    image.png Here is some information about this C2311 code. It seems that there may be a communication error in the hybrid transmission ECU. More diagnostics are probably in order. You should probably consult with a Toyota dealer in this case.

    finally I found the solution, left front end ground connection (electrical connection to main body chassis) was loose, the connection was tightened and now every thing is okay.
