Has anyone else had trouble with the site? The ONLY service history that shows is the stuff the dealer has done. I've entered MANY things over the years, oil changes, tires, alignment, air filters, etc. I just logged in to add my latest oil change and was shocked to see all my entries missing. Same using the iPhone app as with the website. Am I alone in this tragedy?

    Thanks,
    - D

Funny that you brought this up, I just started my account today, and reviewed my history. It does not show my 2nd oil change and when I had my tranny fluid changed at 30,000 miles, it states the dealer recommended it, when I am the one who asked for it.....;)

I'd consider any online log volatile, just a mirror of your own private log. I treat fuelly like that.

In Canada owners can't even enter maintenance on Toyota Canada's maintenance log section. Probably for the best, lol.

The dealer entries are at the mercy of the service writer too. My second entry shows snow tires being installed at 3000 kms. It was in fact 300, the guy misread it. Whatever.

unfortunate for people relying on it when buying a used car. but i suppose owners could put bogus entries in.

After reading this thread I checked my Toyota Owner's account for the first time in quite some time and my personal service records were still intact. I have not updated my account in almost a year but my service records all seemed to be there, going back as far as 2013 anyway.

I was told by Toyota that if you sell your vehicle and a new owner opens a new account with your old VIN that your personal service records will not be saved. Only the Toyota dealer records. She said that the dealer records were the only ones that they could confirm.

So, always keep your own records separate from the owner's site like others stated above.
