VSC light came on while replacing courtesy light bulb.

    Hello guys, while I was replacing courtesy light bulb, i got VSC light in my 2010 Prius. It doesn't go off.
    What can be the reason? Any suggestion.

    FYI
    Car was off (while I was replacing bulb)
    Driver side door bulb. Door was open and courtesy light was ON and I removed the bulb while it was in ON position because i did not have any option to turned it off.

    probably should have the car off when replacing blubs.

    When I was replacing bulb, fuse blown up. Fuse # 29 (10A RED) in engine compartment fuse box. I replace it and there is no light anymore.

    Car was OFF but as you know it was courtesy light bulb so when I was replacing it, it was ON. I should have remove negative 12 V cable of it...
