    It appears that about 30 countries have petroleum (or refined fuel) reserves. If those are not full now, it is hard to imagine a better time.

    More than gasoline (petrol; affected by national pricing policies), jet-A is the globally fungible lifeblood of high-value-added commerce. It presents a thought-provoking price history over a decade or two.
