Hi guys! This is my thread to keep track of how much progress I've made over time.

October 24, 2014- Getting window visors was the first mod I've done & installed some universal Seat covers.



January 24, 2015- Mounted my very first aftermarket wheels for the Prius: Drag 31 17x7.5 +40.


January 31, 2015- Had my Teins Street Basis coilovers installed.

Some few shots of the Teins coilovers on lowest settings.


Tinted my front windows 18%


February 1, 2015- Carbon fiber steering wheel cover, plastidipped my emblems & also had my Beat Sonic Shark fin installed.









March 6, 2015- Installed my rear roof spoiler


March 14, 2015- Tinted my tail lights


How my Prius currently looks as of November 1st, 2015. Installed Valentis and new set of wheels: Aodhan 17x8 +35.

New setup SSR SP3-R finished in SBC. Will have this mounted by next week

 

Hey buddy, nice to meet you! Gray is an awesome color! I was torn in between the choice of magnetic gray or black for the longest time, but I'm glad that I've decided on black.

As for updates- I anticipate on having the SSR's mounted by the end of this week and hope to have my new suspension installed within the next couple of weeks. I have a few other items in mind for later, but for now that is all that is currently in the works for this month. Just adding things on slowly but surely. I'll update on here once everything is settled.

 

Hey Will, thanks man and nice to meet you! Where in the Bay Area are you from? Nice to have another member with a black prius here in the Bay Area haha. Sick build btw! I'm down to meet on afternoon weekends. Unfortunately it's been pretty difficult getting the NorCal folks together as many of us have different availabilities. We've only had a couple of get-togethers, but now is a great time to meet fellow members as warmer weather is approaching!

 

Thanks man, appreciate it! I wanted to try something different, unfortunately I just wasn't satisfied with the overall color combination of my car after awhile. Gold was just not my cup of tea, hence the reason why I purchased new wheels
I am looking forward for a few things to come within the next week or two.

Lol, I'm afraid you're a little too late there buddy Forgot to mention that CHP already pulled me over for speeding. I got a fix it ticket for my tint instead & now I have it at 30%

 

Sneak peek of the Airlift 3 with dual 444C compressors and 5 gallon tank paired with Air Force bags. The controller is held by the ProClip left mount that I purchased from the PriusChat shop.

1) So far I have found no difference in reception or any degradation of the XM satellite radio or Nav reception from the shark fin antenna. I've had no reception problems so far here throughout the Bay Area, so you should be good considering you are in Sausalito.
2) I actually purchased this Beat Sonic Shark Fin Antenna from a fellow PriusChat member who was selling it because it was not compatible for his car due to the solar panel being there. Go ahead and check out the PC shop as the shark fin antennas come pre-painted if you are interested. It is painted to perfectly match the OEM paint color of your pri.
3) Shock install was a simple plug and play- used OEM bolts.
