Older safari no longer renders

    yup, same here. BTW, my chrome is up to date and it's the second most popular browser.

    The same issue has risen again: the forum overview is blank. I did just update Flash before, so maybe that is the culprit.

    Just a short time ago, I fully uninstalled Flash from my computer. If I need that crap for something, I can use Chrome. Safari's been working fine ever since, just a bit faster, no weird reloads.

    Flash is now on 10% of the Web, and still dropping. A few years late, but better late than never.

    YEaaaaaHHaaa!! It works!

    I had checked on a thread over in the TDI forum and on a whim, thought to try PriusChat with my older Safari and it works!!

    Now I understand there are no guarantees and it may break again at anytime. It could be those 'flash' advertisements have moved on. It could be allowing more than just TLSv1. I'm just sharing a moment of joy as my older browser is working again.

    Chrome, as of 6pm tonight, renders very strangely. Also, I can't get to the splash page.

    having the same problem with safari. suspect that dannys under the hood, bleeding the brakes without tech stream.

    Works again now. Weird.

    EDIT: Whoops - down again. Splash page not opening. Can't post to several threads.

    EDIT2: 6 hours later, all seems to work again
