Was calling around for tires and Sears seems to be having good deals right now. The salesman suggested the Roadhandler 100K mile tire. Anyone put these on a gen2? Looking for feedback.

I recently bought an used 2007 Prius and it came with Hankook Mileage Plus tires. This is my first Prius, I have no previous Prii experience to relate to and so can't talk about rolling resistance etc.

I've only driven about 200 miles in the car and, IMO, the ride is comfortable and road noise is acceptable - maybe a bit louder than I expected, but that is normal for these high-mile-life tires with harder rubber compounds. Don't really have enough history to give you proper fuel economy numbers. I got the car with half-a-tank of gas and it didn't go down much as the car has a plug-in kit installed and most of my drives are under 20 miles so I am in EV mode most of the time with very minimal gas consumption.
