Your right... it might! IF it does, I'll look for a different caliper, possibly the smaller 13WL caliper from the 2005 Tundra TSB with Legacy GT rotor and sell this setup to an IS250 person looking to upgrade their setup to a IS350 caliper.

What gives me hope is the ones who have done the GS400 UFC20 caliper swap BBK over in Japan and others eho have done the large $3000 BBK kits available for our cars already over there.

Got the calipers coated and cleared after the decals came in.

Waiting on the new rotors to be re-drilled to match the 5x100 bolt pattern then i can start matching up and fabing the brackets for the caliper. Slowly making progress..

Sorry to bump an old thread but I was curious about upgrading the brakes on my CT200h. 11-16 Scion TC/16 Scion IM/11+ Rav4 front calipers and rotors will seem to be a decent/cheap upgrade. +35mm @ 296mm vs 254 of the stock Prius. The chassis and weight of those cars (particuarly the TC/IM) are the same as the Prius/CT but they get bigger brakes. Anywho, anyone have the dimensions of the stock Prius caliper mounting spacing? Dimensionally it seems this would be a direct swap, even possibly for Gen 2/Gen 3 prius owners. CT has the same front brake hardware/spindle as Gen 3 prius and assuming Gen 3 and Gen 2 Prius are very similar if not the same.

Unfortunately the gen2 has different bearing hubs, rotors, and calipers to the gen3 Prius.

I do have some specs for the Gen2 NHW20, I'll try to post them tonight.

They are def different specs than the GenIII or ZVW30 Prius which should be similar to the CT200h ZWA10 but I've never researched the CT200h except for the non-production supercharger that Fox Marketing made.

Rotors are drilled. Using an extra Prius hub to start the measurements for the bracket. Still haven't made the caliper brackets - been to cold up here in Alberta, hopefully soon I will make more progress.

Unfortunately... I'm selling the IS350 calipers, the orientation of the mounting points on the caliper dont allow for proper alignment of the pads on the rotor. Sux, they looked so good. Even cleared my extra 17" wheels... barely.

The LS430 caliper has a different configuration and should allow for proper fitment. Been working on a few other things but my wife reminded me that i need to sell these before i go out and buy more calipers... so ive been procrastinating.. lol

Here is a photo of someone else doing a mockup on a different forum.

Should allow for a better fitment.
