Video says it best, but here's a description:

2010 Prius, ~250k miles, pressing power button to turn off on results in a semi-regular "pulling the plug experience" instead of a graceful shutdown displaying the mileage and time, can happen a couple times in a day. IGCT relay and both integrated relays replaced in the fusebox, as well as power switch. Takes between 2-90 seconds to recover and turn back on. Is lights out and dark during that period. No codes shown in Techstream. Sometimes is bad enough that (as caught in the video), the Nav system reloads the DVD and settings as you see in the video. However, bluetooth and all other functions work once it's up and running. HV battery replaced last year, as well as 12V battery.

    Looks like it's losing power.
I would have the 12V battery tested. I know it was replaced last year, but s#€t happens.

    Also check terminal connections/cable conditions.

I'm tempting to contribute a troubleshooting; if the battery terminals are in OK shape, check the negative side cable that connects to the chassis/body side for proper connection fitment.

Sure enough, 12V hot end wasn't completely tight, must have loosened up since collision shop worked on it. Tightened it up and seems better so far. also stopped by the battery shop where I bought the 12v battery and they said it was still showing 520 CCA.

Absolutely! Im glad I picked up ~$200 of relays for $40 for spares considering I'm planning on putting another 100k on the car.
