Have to replace the v's windshield. Everywhere I call they ask if the car has a rear view camera or not to select the right windshield. What is the difference?

Probably where the little black dots are. If there's a camera, they'd block its view.

This is the front windshield and the camera is in the rear hatch and the display is in the dash.

There's a forward facing camera in the area of the rear view mirror for the Lane Keep Assist.

Actually that would make sense. This is an example from the Safelite wesite after entering year and model:

You might do Safelite a favor and tell them that the question is poorly worded if you're asking for a windshield to be replaced. They should be asking if there's a forward looking camera.

Your right. I might go by and ask in person even though I am going with a local business for $265 rather than $358 plus taxes.
