I have learned that the center toyota badge is just stuck on with adhesive.

Do we have the dimensions of the other badges, and specifically the holes they leave?
Or know of a company that makes replacements?

I think I'd like to 3D print out something fun, maybe Jedi or Nerd... something personal.

Yes, everyone knows it's a Prius, but I'm just not crazy about logos.

Seems like an easy and fun customization.

I may be wrong, yet I recall reading the front center Toyota emblem is attached with clip/ pins that are molded into the emblem. The blueish back ground is just an insert.

The rear center Toyota emblem is applied with adhesive and has to pins used for alignment only not securing the emblem. These pins may break as you try to remove that emblem.

UTube or like I am sure has videos on these removals.

    Good luck with your mod.

I think the center rear one is also clipped on. The flanking toyota and HSD ones are stuck on along with the ones on the fenders. I wrapped my inserts when I first got the car and don't remember having to add tape to the rear one.

The front and rear center badges are easy to remove and there shouldn't be any adhesive as they simply snap into place. Make sure to post pics of your 3D printed badges.

This guy has videos showing one way to remove the badges:
