I was out tonight and walked up to my car in a open lot. This gave me the ability to see underneath the car. I saw something hanging underneath it. I crawled under and got this shot. There's no fluids, no issues with the car, and it drives great. This thing, to me, looks like some sort of support. I can kind of make it out on the hi rez undercarriage shots- looks like there are two on both sides. I plan on taking it in Tuesday, but, in the meantime, should I 1) not drive it or 2) can I bend it back in place?

While learning to drive, my son, at 110km/hr ran over a dead KANGAROO which had been partly flattened already, but the BANG was awful. He said he thought the VOLVO 940 was higher off the ground - nope.

We stopped and looked, no damage obvious.

When I got home, I looked closer, and there was kangaroo fur all along the floorpan stuck to the undersealing. Still there when I sold the car.

Looks more like where the exhaust heat recirculation piping runs through...

You should get a muffler place to fix that. It puts extra strain on the piping letting it dangle.

Yeah, the rubber bit is supposed to be connecting to a second pin, on the underside car body. As-is, it's putting extra stress on the adjacent hangers, and the exhaust's maybe lower than it should be. There's coolant hoses connecting in around there too.

Definitely should get up on a hoist and looked at asap. There might be more.
