    Hi!

I've decided on getting a 2016 Prius 4 with the advanced tech package and premium convenience package. Can I get some advice on what would be considered a good deal? Truecar says MSRP is $33,125 and average paid is $30,093.

I went to a dealer today and without negotiating they offered me $29,500 plus tax and fees for a similar model with a $33, 600 MSRP. Of course they do didn't clarify what fees. I'm near San Francisco.

    Thanks in advance.

welcome! wow, seems like a great price, once you know the fees. ask them for 'out the door', and tell them you're shopping. does true car give you dealer invoice?

Thanks. I'm trying to get the OTD Price. Their initial offer was $30,933 plus fees and then said that equated to $35,403 OTD.

i don't know what cali fees and taxes are. you need to find out, so you can be sure a dealer is being honest. you also need a complete breakdown, not just a total. email some dealers for pricing comparisons.

If you have costco membership you can get lower price for the vehicle and you can use current rebates and/or cash back to make it lower. Make sure you get costco membership price then use your cash back and/or rebates.
