2005 master warning light, Hybrid system warning light,Brake system light(yellow), VSC

I am having issues with my 2005 Prius, it has 183,000 miles and I am the second owner. It is due for inspection and I am getting ready to go back to college so I am in a bit of a time crunch. I live in rural western New York State and the nearest Toyota service is more than 1 hour away.
This started with my air conditioner fan not working consistently in June and early July. Then very late driving home one night last week my dash lit up with a lot of warning lights. Dash lights are Red triangle, yellow VSC, and yellow Break circle, the Hybrid System warning light shows in my screen as the issue.We did hook it up to a computer for error codes but not one that reads Prius like the VCI that everyone recommends and I will order from Amazon today. The error code it showed was P0A80 which I see means hybrid battery failure. I am hoping there are other codes or this cheap code reader is wrong.
Things my parents and I have checked.
We checked the batteries, the 12 volt was good and is only 6 months old.
The hybrid battery cells all were 7.5 and above most in the 7.8 range. There is a little corrosion on the nuts.
The inverter coolant pump reservoir shows coolant movement when car is in ready mode.
The battery coolant fan was taken out and cleaned.
Is there anything else this can be before I spend the money, that I am not sure where I will get, to fix or replace the battery? I have been reading the forum posts for a week and I know there are many Prius experts here.
