    In the news today Karma is back in the game and will be selling California built cars starting this September 2016. Their headquarters will be in Irvine California. This will be great to see how their new cars compete against Tesla.

    Interesting they have the solar power roof charging that Prime is not putting in USA right now. Confirms it is good idea though...I like that idea: no pumps, no plugs. self powered car, for some % of miles.

    Looks like Virginia outlet is kaput for now, they showed me a Fisker once at an event.

    The old Toyota HQ?

    I hope the new team solves the problems I saw in 2009 at the Detroit Auto Show.

    It's the same car with new CEO's. Many don't know about the car due to them going out of business so fast. But the old stats are still all over the web;

    Pages of those kinds of reviews, unfortunately. I hate seeing any plugin hybrid get panned so badly - and it makes sense that it'd go out of business after the motor head journalists unanimously beat up on it. It's like they're going to try & play ball - but they're starting the game - bottom of the 9th - 5 runs down, no one on base, and Fiskar's count is 0&2. Still, who knows ... they may still be able to turn it around, if you believe, cross your fingers & wish upon a star.

    The company is no longer Fisker, but Karma.
    The Karma car might have an update with EV range of 50 miles, but I'll wait for better sources on how that is determined.

    Lutz wanted to take the gliders and make them ICE cars with a Corvette V8.

    It's a $135k car. The $3000 it would cost for the Prime's solar roof system isn't noticed. With cars in that price range having $14k paint color options, it isn't a segment for judging if an option makes sense.

    Fisker design was to be the design of the Tesla. I think it's a better looking car then the Tesla. There is one that I see daily parked at my office.

    I am not a Karma fan except I think they have a good look. But I think that huckster put a smoky rag under the car to make the smoke look bad from the exhaust.

    Funny I thought Hill said that

    I quickly looked through the website, but didn't see any pics of actual cars themselves? Are there any pics? If so I obviously missed them?

    Price on these cars?

    It does plug into the grid, and I think PriusChat has enough subsections for other cars.

    I wonder if /when the new company will actually get their first customer. Haven't heard of any lines forming to buy one. Maybe after the holidays ? could be everyone's still out of town for the labor day weekend.
