Thank you. I love Camelback Toyota, bought many parts from them. Its very interesting that the OEM rear struts are cheaper than the aftermarket ones, at least here in Oklahoma City. When doing the rears what all should I purchase? Well, which parts should not be reused?

I just saw the thread on you replacing your prius battery. My dash indicators were on and I took it in to the dealership. They said the hybrid battery was going out and it would be $3746.00 to replace it. My car has 130,000 miles on it and so I am not sure I want to put this much money into it. How did your used battery work out? I'm looking at going that route. Thanks for any help you can give! Cheryl

I just got a Dorman battery from Rock Auto when I replaced mine. The price is about $2300 then you get $1100 back when they receive the core back. The cost of shipping to you is in the price, and the cost of the return can be about $50, all Fedex. About a day or two to receive it once they ship it. Now I did have to replace two of them under the 3 Year unlimited mileage warranty, which still has almost two years to go. Rock Auto and Dorman have both been OK to deal with about it, but the second one took about a week longer to get than the first one.

I purchased the rebuilt pack from Greentech auto, and have had no problems at all. My voltages and internal resistance on the pack are still great 40K miles later.

I'm happy to help if you need more information.
