Yes it sounds like it was a government or city government used car that pretty much drove around in parking lots checking meters or something or doing similar type work I do believe that's what he means seems like the cars from Florida and so is he another hole set of things happening The 3 minutes don't really have much to do with anything I don't think the throttle body is a real problem here even though it was driven around in parking lots in the throttle body was barely used that should be a good thing of course the car had to be driven back to home base on regular roads at some point but I do understand what he means by near 100,000 miles in parking lots I get that we have City Prius here and they spend lots of time going very slowly without the gas engine on like meter reading and things like this like I said above I get it that should put almost nowhere on most of the car as by looking at the pictures of this white thing It's like brand new what does it have the tan velor interior? These are easy problems you got here buddy That's all I can say about that and as an engineer somebody who's been involved with Chrysler dameler any of that. This should be fixed and you should be gone can't wait to see what the real problem turns out to be I don't think it's your throttle body but I'm not an engineer and I am not any kind of edumacated for any of that but all four of my generation twos are pretty much running perfectly have the tire pressure lights on the dash That's about it ice cold air condition plenty of heat and driven 120 mi everyday most of them. And I am really retarded and don't mind the word a bit I am not woke in the least.

And the mechanical brakes on a car with that driving style have been through a worst case scenario in terms of wear and tear...

Oh yeah they'll be needing attention directly or something I'm getting ready to pick up a Chevy Volt I don't know I think it's a 2013 same conditions as far as the driving goes a government car was pushed around slowly all the time I mean stupid slow 1520 tops stop to stop doing meter reading or something checking gas lines I don't know surveying for public utility something along that line but the car looks to be in perfect condition and everything works hasn't been in for service since 2015 so it probably needs some electric car updates or something but it's free so what the heck.

It was driven between 5 and 10 miles an hour for 100,000 miles. It was used in a hospital parking lot to help with lockouts. That's it. Everything is like new, glass, suspension, seats... no load or use. It basically idled and wasn't charging the battery as well.
The guy was trolling on YouTube making nasty comments. Something Ford men would never do...
The hybrid battery concern is the car sat at auction for quite some time. And I believe a module or two has discharged below the trigger threshold. The car ran at low speeds and short distances for 20+ miles before the red triangle.

There's a suggestion to use a 300 volt DC charger like the Venice Hybrid Charging system and hook it up to the battery connections and watch it charge. Once it stops charging in 5 minutes, disconnect. This guy claims he for or 5 times with cars lost in the weeds or parking lot like this one. This what I'd to to do before buying a $1240 battery (installed with 12 month warranty).

Thank you for help. Your comments and thoughts are well articulated. I do have a billionaire girl on my phone and she's hot. I have to setup the yacht for solar so I guess this is my lesson in batteries!

Boy this got off the rails quick I'm the one that has the Venice hybrid charger You can't do that when the car is in the weeds you have to bring the battery away from the weeds and get near an outlet then you can charge the battery and watch the meter and when there's no change for 5 minutes You disconnect that charger and that battery is at what it can take generally a bit above 211 volts like 247 or such. I'm not sure who's trolling who on YouTube but whatever No time for that got cars to fix apparently other folks do too
