I just install a K&N with 29500 miles on my original filter.
Here is my impression.
Noticeably more throttle response on the low mid range.
I have gone 100+k with K&N with no issues on my other cars.

It looks like you loosen all the bolts to the sub frame then remove one bolt to fit the colliers...
