Monkey the prius V is relitively slow compared to matrix as well, and a tad slower than a regular prius. Still I too am considering it in the future.
BTW I do about 30% worse than EPA ratings :) Sorry I know that makes me the devil incarnate, but that is why I like the idea of an EV/EREV.
