As one reader said that they've tried to contact and have not gotten a response is somewhat bothersome. You need to know that if there are problems that there are people on the other end to answer any of your questions or handle any situation that may come up.
I have not had a problem with any color coming off of my antenna. I am a little dismayed with the reception though...it's not as good as the original antenna...so it comes down to a cosmetic issue versus an operational issue. Installation was a breeze and after placing the order I was surprised at how quickly it was delivered.
So in rating this I would have to give it a three out of five. Since I have not had to deal with any kind of response from the company that sent it, my evaluation does not include that. If it did and I didn't get a response the BAD would not be bad enough...I am a customer service guy and it's important to be treated properly especially when you are paying them for the use of their product.
