Once again the service was fantastic. Shipped as promised and arrived quickly. Here in Alaska, a block heater is a must and I knew we couldn't go without one. I began by reading the instructions online at priuschat.com and then proceeded to install it in just under an hour. It works and works well! Toyota should not allow a Prius to leave the factory without a block heater installed. If you don't have one, get one now!
