Returns & Exchanges

Defective items may be exchanged for a functioning replacement or refunded within 14 days of the product’s delivery date. A full refund will be issued only after we have received and examined the item. Replacement items will be shipped as soon as possible, though this can be affected by the product levels of the supplier/manufacturer. Refunds via PayPal are subject to PayPal’s refund regulations and timeframe.

Products that require installation or have been painted may not be returned for any reason after installation. Please be sure to inspect and test all items prior to installation. If you have questions on how to test a product, please contact us and we will be glad to help.

If the customer purchases an item in error, the unopened/unused item may be returned within 7 days of the product’s delivery date. Upon our receipt and examination of the item, a refund will be issued for the purchase, minus the cost of shipping. Refunds via PayPal are subject to PayPal’s refund regulations and timeframe.

Since some items may be covered under manufacturer warranties, if you have a refund/exchange issue of any kind, please contact the shop@priuschat.com for instructions before taking any action. Items returned to us without prior notice will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
