This was done at a "moments-notice"........so not much thought was put into it....just kind of "winged-it" but it worked really nice......I did get a little surf-wax on one of the seats

I had to tie-down the hatch and then put a towel over the boards to keep the hatch from damaging the boards when going over bumps.......We only had to drive about 2 miles.

    Nice!

I'm amazed by how much the car holds.

I just got back from the airport after dropping four friends off with all of their luggage!

    Cheers,

    I'd say!

4x 24-roll packs of toilet rolls neatly fit in the upper compartment under the tonneau cover. It's as if it was made to hold 4 24-roll packs lol. The rest of the shopping went in the tray below or in the cargo net.

any chance you'd share the length of your boards? i'm looking into hybrids but my main concern has been how i'm going to load my boards. i surf everything from 6' to 9'8. the longboards are gonna be the tricky part. if you'd be willing to measure your prius and see if a 9' board will fit in there safely, you'd be my hero. thanks!

i wish they'd come out with a wagon style hybrid, kinda like the vw jetta wagons. that'd be my dream vehicle i think.

I actually have one that looks just like yours so it's sort of a joke. It's in my avatar but it's not real obvious. :)
