2004 black "jellybean" and 1925 Model T Ford

    I like the comparison. 79 years later. I chose the black to match the '25. Both are fantastic cars, and fun to drive. I prefer the Prius for the longer trips. I put the picture in the "Album" under "General Pictures".

    That's a great picture, TY. Like you, I really enjoy the comparison of the old and the new. It's great to look into the past and see just how far technology has come. What I don't understand is the crank in the front of the Model T. Does that charge the battery? :-D

    I often think of replying to "Do you plug it in?" with "No. Do you turn a crank to start yours?"

    What was, was. It's great to learn from those who went (and cranked, and plugged) before us.

    Someday, about 80 years from now, there will be a picture of your black jelly bean parked next to a "levi-car", i.e., no wheels, just anti-grav. People wil ask what the round rubber dealies were on the sides of the jelly bean car...and they will pat themselves on the back about "how far we've come" since cars rode on actual wheels...
