Seems like a pretty good deal, not sure what prices have been doing in CA with the lower gas prices and economic downturn, but those HOVs with fairly low mileage usually sell pretty high.

Eh, not really. I've been looking for a Prius in NorCal for a few weeks now. Most used 2007-2009 package 5 and 6s are asking for $20-$22k. These have low mileage and what's left of the factory warranty.

Yeah, the HOV stickers are a plus, but the incoming Gen3 and the recent reduction in dealership 2009 model MSRPs have really put a hurt on used Gen2 prices.

I find it interesting when I run into a buyer that is adamant that they sell the car for the balance of their loan. Rarely have i found a late model used car who's fair market value is equal to or greater than the existing car loan.
