Are you looking to upgrade to a fog kit since you have a base prius? I wouldn't consider them fogs really. My HIDs work better, and they really didn't help in snowy conditions either.

Factory fogs are useless. The HIDs outshine them, and have a good top cut-off, making them fine in fog as-is. You might look for some high intensity foglamps that could be mad eto fit your stock grilles after cutting out and perhaps reinforcing them. Then use the usual relay/fuse protections.

The first part is like changing the bulb (you have to remove a couple of bolts on the belly pan and pull the plastic down, then reach in a twist the bulb out, and the new HID in). The harder part is finding a place to strap the balast. I think you can do it if you managed the Coastal mod. The OEM version of the EV mod isn't much different, BTW! Just a few more panels to remove.

The bumper is molded for them even on the non fog light cars. The new grilles also snap right in. It couldn't be easier.
