My "Kill-a-watt" has not arrived yet. So I only have the displayed info of 50KWH used. I guess I can assum a 85% efficency and estimate the charged KWH to be 58.8 KWH.

I want to know my pure hybrid performance. So I used the displayed HV miles (407m) and divided by the displayed HV Consumed (7g) to arrive my estimate of 58.14. Is that the right thinking?

Right, the EV Display shows the EV% and EVmiles and the HV% and HVMiles. So HV Miles / Pumped gallons would give you HV MPG.

No and incorrect. HV miles is any miles driven with the ICE, which includes miles where EV and ICE are blended, so it is not a pure hybrid performance b/c there is still an EV contribution. If you want pure hybrid performance, you need to reset the meter and do a trip starting with 0 EV miles and therefore in HV mode.

I live in the Dallas area and bought my PiP at Desert Toyota in Tucson. My brother was with me. After picking up my new car we drove to Phoenix to give my wife's Honda to my son. Going to Phoenix put an extra 240 miles on the car. Then we went to Green Valley, AZ to spend the night with some friends. By the time we got home to Rowlett, TX we had over 1300 miles on the car in two days. There was only one chance to charge the the car which we did in Sahuarita, AZ. We had the cruise set on 80 mph the whole trip, so we only got 43.7 mpg. So, it's going to take quite a few EV miles to bring up that average. I've charged the car 4 or 5 times since returning home, so I had to top off the gas tank yesterday just to see what that charging has done to help out. On that 100+ miles I got 101 mpg - a hair over 1 gal of gas. Here's my Fuelly account.

I saw your 44 MPG average a couple days ago and thought something was up. Good to see it's going up.

    Joseph,
I didn't know that Blended Miles, where the ICE and Battery/Motor are powering the car, were considered only HV miles. Have you recorded this? John, any Video???

When there isn't enough Battery to maintain EV mode, and the PIP switches to HV mode, if the ICE stops and the Battery/Motor power the car, are those miles recorded as EV or HV?
