I'm considering buying this 2010 Prius

Is there anyway to know for sure if it really has the Advanced Tech package ?

The vehicle has 63k miles comes with a crappy 30day Carmax warranty. Price is approximately $19,000 out the door tax tag and title

The sonar sensors in the bumper for self parking and the extra buttons on the steering wheel for lane keep and radar cruise indicate that the car does indeed have the Advanced Tech Package. :)

I bought it oct 2013 and paid $14750 from a private party. It wasn't perfect, needed new floor mats (he had kids), dent in the driver's fender, cracked tail light and scratched rear bumper. After getting everything fixed, it ended up costing me $16500.

The 2010-2011 models only had one Nav system; in the 2012 refresh, they started differentiating a bit by upgrading the 6.1" display to a 7" display if you have a Four with Solar Roof or a Five with Advanced Technology, I believe.

In addition to the buttons on the steering wheel, it also looks like the front badge is the 2-dimensional one used with the radar system, rather than the 3-dimensional one (like used in the back of all models). The chrome part of the logo is embedded in the plastic instead of being on top of it. It's definitely got the AT package, although you'd probably be smart to test out the radar cruise and parking sensors just to make sure everything works as it should before plunking down any cash.

of all the features in the car, the most useless feature has to be the assisted parallel parking feature. sounds good and exciting on paper but almost impossible to pull off on the streets........it's best to just parallel park the darn thing yourself.

You shouldn't use mine as an example of the prices they go for, I had to put work into it before it looked new again. I also didn't get a warranty with it like the one from carmax.

The five w/tech package is not all that common. It costs $35000 new and very few people want to pay that amount for a Prius, that's why it's so rare to find, they don't sell that many.

I don't have any posting of my own car here. It's an all stock, no modification gray Prius 5.

Just last week, another member here was able to find a nice 2010 package 4 with leather and navigation for $13700 from a major Toyota dealership. You just have to find the good deals, they are out there.

I believe the lights have to be on when you do that. But it's another useless feature that I can't remember using.
